 Speaker Biographies
Scott Draeger is Manager of Product and Solutions Strategy for HP Exstream. Scott joined the customer communications industry in 1997, starting out programming statements and direct marketing applications. After creating billions of pages of statements, bills and marketing materials, he switched to the software side of the industry. He has been helping to improve the way businesses communicate with their customers by improving customer communication software for over 10 years.  He holds a BA from UNLV and an International MBA from the Lake Forest Graduate School of Management. He earned his Master EDP designation from Xplor in 2010, and won the Xplor Chairman’s Award in 2011 for a career of dedication to customer communications.
Michael Laurie is co-founder and vice president of Strategic Development, for Silanis Technology. In this role, he oversees product and industry marketing for the company. With more than 20 years' experience, he is recognized as an expert on the security and compliance of electronic signatures and records and has participated on many standards committees including SPeRS, NAVA and others.
